We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our growing practice.

The Role As our Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Greeting patients and creating an outstanding first impression.
Managing appointment bookings and diary scheduling.
Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Explaining treatment options and finance plans where appropriate.
Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with clinicians and the laboratory to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with GDPR requirements.
Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice.
Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practice.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident using dental practice management software (SOE, Dentally, or similar).
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Experience in a private dental practice.
Knowledge of dental finance options.
Experience with cosmetic or implant dentistry.
