Academics are working with a welcoming primary school in Wokingham that are looking to appoint dedicated Inclusion Teaching Assistants. This rewarding opportunity allows you to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to flourish in a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs
- Assist class teachers in adapting learning activities to suit individual pupils
- Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation in lessons
- Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and social development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external specialists to ensure pupils receive the support they need
