Management Couple Surrey Food Led Country Inn Live In
We are seeking an experienced Management Couple to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a charming food led country inn located in an affluent area of Surrey.

This characterful property combines a traditional pub with accommodation and attracts a varied clientele, from local guests and business travellers to visitors enjoying the surrounding area and sporting events.

The business is also entering an exciting period of investment, with a significant refurbishment programme planned, making this a particularly interesting time to join and help shape the future of the property.

We are looking for a couple who can complement one another and share responsibility across the operation.

One person may naturally take more responsibility for the bar and pub operation, while the other focuses on the accommodation and guest experience, although there is considerable flexibility for the right couple.

You will work closely together to ensure the smooth running of the pub and accommodation, taking ownership of standards, service, team management, and the overall guest experience.

The ideal couple will have complementary hospitality backgrounds and be confident working independently as well as together.

As Management Couple you will:
Share responsibility for the day-to-day operation
Lead and develop the small team
Oversee the pub, bar, and accommodation operation
Maintain consistently high standards of service and presentation
Ensure guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
Manage staffing, rotas, stock, and general administration
Monitor commercial performance and work towards agreed targets
Work closely with the wider group while maintaining autonomy at site level
You will be hands-on, commercially aware, personable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy working as a team and taking pride in the operation you are responsible for.
