Were looking for caring, patient and experienced Residential Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting children and young people within a specialist residential setting near Witney .

THE ROLE
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Build positive, trusting relationships with the young people
Provide day-to-day care, guidance and emotional support
Encourage independence, confidence and life skills
Support young people to take part in activities and enjoy new experiences
Follow individual care and support plans
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Work as part of a supportive and professional team
Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals
Complete accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

Experienced in residential childcare or social care
Caring, patient and genuinely passionate about supporting young people
Confident working as part of a team
R eliable, professional and resilient
Comfortable working in a busy residential environment
Available to work at least one weekend day
