An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join a busy onsite operation supporting a major logistics and distribution client. This role offers the chance to build long-term relationships, deliver exceptional service and play a key part in ensuring workforce requirements are met effectively.
Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting temporary workers throughout their assignments. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to placement.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
- Writing engaging job adverts and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates against client requirements.
- Managing candidate onboarding and ensuring all compliance and pre-employment checks are completed.
- Supporting workers throughout assignments, including welfare, attendance and payroll-related queries.
- Monitoring workforce availability to meet client demand and service level agreements.
- Producing reports and analysing trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Acting as a point of escalation and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conducting regular service reviews to maintain high levels of candidate and client satisfaction.
- Ensuring all processes are completed in line with legislation, company standards and contractual requirements.
