Your pay rate as a full time Team Leader on the training £14.60, after the training up to £15.20 . You will be working in cold temperatures (+6 - +8).
Shifts
Wed-Sat / Thu-Sat Times - 5.30am- 5.30pm or 8.15am-8.15pm
Wed-Sat / Thu-Sat Times - 5.15pm- 3.00am or 8.00 pm - 6.00am
Sun-Wed /Sun-Tue Times - 5.15pm- 3.00am or 8.00 pm - 6.00am

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and organisational skills.
Your role as a Team Leader:
Lead and supervise a team of operatives on the production line
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Allocate tasks and manage workflow to maximise productivity
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Liaise with supervisors, managers, and other departments as required
Ensure machinery and equipment are used correctly and reported if faulty
Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment (often required)
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
Attention to detail and quality control
