Key Responsibilities Carry out drainage inspections and maintenance work across residential and commercial sites.
Perform high-pressure water jetting and drain clearance works.
Conduct CCTV drainage surveys and identify drainage issues.
Support operations alongside vacuum tanker teams where required.
Respond to emergency and out-of-hours callouts in line with the rota.
Complete drainage investigations and produce accurate job reports.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company standards.
Maintain company equipment and work professionally on customer sites.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant drainage or jetting experience .
Previous experience in high-pressure jetting (required) .
Experience carrying out CCTV drainage surveying .
Experience working alongside vacuum tankers .
Must live within a 20-mile radius of PE13 .
Full UK Driving Licence (required) .
Ability to commute to the depot daily.
Flexible approach to overtime, early starts, later finishes, and participation in the 1 in 4 on-call rota .
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Desirable: Confined Space certification.
CSCS card.
