What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive Maintenance Excellence: Complete planned preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
- Support Site Improvements: Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, and engineering projects across the site.
- Promote Safe Working: Ensure all machinery and equipment operates safely and complies with current legislation and company standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production teams, engineering stores, and contractors to support operational performance.

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Engineer: Apprentice trained, ONC qualified or holding an equivalent Engineering qualification.
- Maintenance Experience: Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Fault-Finding Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical engineering issues.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Team Player: Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
