The role will support the site by maintaining and repairing business-critical equipment and would be well suited to those with a background in manufacturing/ engineering.
The role is working a 2-shift pattern, 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday.

The Job you will do:
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical systems.
Interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and safety inspections.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
About you:
You will be a time-served engineer with at least a level 3 BTEC in engineering or a related discipline. (Electrical Bias preferred but not essential)
Previous experience working within busy manufacturing, production or engineering settings is essential.
Ideally, you will have experience on equipment such as motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
An 18 th edition would be an advantage but is not essential.
Proficiency in the maintenance of electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
