Lead, develop and manage the Group Financial Crime Due Diligence team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Provide oversight of third-party onboarding, reviews and monitoring activity, ensuring governance requirements are consistently met.
Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure service delivery expectations and SLAs are achieved.
Produce and present management information, insights and risk updates to business leaders and governance committees.
