What You'll Be Doing:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will support clients in their own homes with daily activities that help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Assisting with medication where trained
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Companionship and emotional wellbeing
- Shopping and community visits
- Mobility and independence support
- Light household duties
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Staff spot checks
- Care assessments
- On-Call duty (extra pay)
No two days are the same, and every visit makes a meaningful difference to someone's life.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work alternate weekends
