Job description:
Working in a newly opened Elderly Nursing Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering service, planning menus for elderly residents that are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements. You will manage our dedicated catering team, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene, and safety.
Person Specification:
Experienced in UK kitchens with good planning, budget, and stock control abilities (at least 5 years). Care home experience is not essential; applications are welcome from Head Chefs, Catering Managers, Kitchen Managers, etc. Chefs from restaurants, hotels, contract catering, education, healthcare, and other volume catering environments.
