Working with one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands, as a Marketing Executive for Porsche, you'll support the Marketing Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation and business growth. Through a combination of digital marketing, CRM activity, events and retailer support, you'll help bring the Porsche brand to life while creating memorable experiences for customers at every touchpoint.
This exciting role combines brand marketing, digital campaigns, CRM activity, customer events and retailer support to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the prestige, innovation and performance of the Porsche brand. You'll work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Porsche Cars Great Britain and key stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives that maximise opportunities and strengthen customer loyalty.

What you'll do day to day
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering engaging and effective marketing activity across Porsche Centres Bournemouth and Portsmouth.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website and print channels.
- Help deliver local and national marketing initiatives that support vehicle sales, aftersales performance and customer retention.
- Ensure all communications and campaigns comply with Porsche brand standards and manufacturer requirements.
- Manage and update retailer website content to maximise customer engagement and online enquiries.
- Work closely with Sales and Aftersales teams to identify opportunities that drive traffic, leads and business growth.
- Support the planning and delivery of customer events, model launches, driving experiences and community engagement activities.
- Assist with CRM campaigns and customer journey communications, ensuring a personalised and premium customer experience.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and lead generation metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build strong working relationships with Porsche Cars Great Britain, agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor analysis and local market reviews to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Support social media activity through the creation of relevant and engaging content.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, consumer regulations and manufacturer marketing requirements.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and support accurate reporting on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
