This isnt buying as usual.
Youll be shaping categories that are changing how people feed and look after their pets, a space full of innovation, customer passion and long-term potential.
Youll lead the commercial strategy, unlock new opportunities and create a range that genuinely sets us apart.

The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
What youll be doing
Taking full accountability for your categorys sales, margin and market share
Turning customer insights and market trends into a winning proposition
Leading strategic supplier relationships; negotiating, building partnerships and driving innovation
Working with our Own Brand team to bring exciting new fresh and raw ranges to customers
Partnering with teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail and more to land your category brilliantly across every channel
Acting as Transformation Lead to drive change across sourcing, distribution and the customer experience
Creating simple, inspiring plans that help our colleagues understand (and get excited about!) where the category is headed
