Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a small, specialist Learning Disability & Autism care home for adults based in Widnes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider with an established care team and strong senior management support. As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership and development of the service, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of safe, person-centred care.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.
  • Support, develop, and motivate the care team to provide outstanding person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits, and continuous service improvements to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
