Are you a Senior Audio or Sound Engineer from either a Live Event or Studio background? Are you looking for a permanent role in a team leadership or supervisor position within a world-class audio rental company known for excellent progression into Senior Management, the opportunity to assist in global events, tours and festivals as well as working with a range of state-of-the-art equipment?
This market-leading audio rental company provides audio systems for live events, including globally recognised artist tours, sporting events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and a range of festivals in the summer such as Glastonbury. They have experienced steady growth since their establishment 45 years ago and have recently been acquired by a global audio company, increasing their market share and growing substantially to over 150 people.
In this varied role, you will report into the Head of Department, overseeing the flow of equipment both inbound and outbound, managing a small team to agreed SLA's, equipment logistics, reporting damages, supervising the build/derigging of equipment and departmental distribution, and ensuring the area has sufficient space and manpower. This is a 35-hour week, working 5 days out of 7.
This role would suit a Senior Audio or Sound Engineer with a background in Live Events or in the Studio, looking for a full-time leadership position for a market leader who operates across the globe. They are known for their excellent progression pathways, specialist industry training, and quality of equipment they provide.
The Role:- Overseeing and managing a small team
