You'll support young people and adults with a variety of additional learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, emotional and behavioural challenges, and physical or sensory impairments. Working closely with learners throughout their studies, you'll play a key role in helping them overcome barriers, build confidence and succeed both academically and personally.
Based in Weybridge, Surrey this role is commutable from Ashford, Staines-upon-Thames, Sunbury-on-Thames, Feltham, Bedfont, Stanwell, Shepperton, Hounslow, Hanworth, Egham and surrounding areas.
Salary: £26,592.45 FTE (Actual Salary: £22,460.39)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 37 weeks per year (part-time considered for the right candidate)

The Role: We're recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support students with a range of additional learning needs, helping them succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Working as part of a dedicated support team, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support across a variety of curriculum areas (Entry Level to Level 3).
- Help learners develop their English, maths and study skills.
- Support students during examinations and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of learner support and progress.
You'll be a patient, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / Support Worker/ Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with:
- English and Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent).
- An understanding of supporting learners with additional needs.
- An LSA qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
- Strong communication, IT and organisational skills.
