hrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our market leading client in Westbury, who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing: Lead, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Manage internal and external audits, CAPA processes, and quality documentation.
Analyse quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and monitor quality KPIs, risk management, and change control processes.
Support supplier quality, customer feedback, and business process improvements.
Deliver QMS training and provide expert guidance on quality and compliance.
Act as the key quality representative during customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
What you will need to succeed: Proven experience managing a Quality Management System.
Experience managing ISO9001 and ISO14001 essential Strong knowledge of quality standards, auditing, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to influence and drive quality excellence across the organisation.
Manufacturing or production experience preferable Strong IT skills and excellent communication skills What you will receive in return: Competitive salary Monday to Friday full-time, earlier finish on a Friday.
