Technical Paraplanner job offering fully remote working with a progressive national financial planning firm, supporting high performing Financial Planners on complex and interesting client cases. This role is ideal if you enjoy high quality, holistic advice work and want to focus on technical delivery rather than volume driven administration.
As a Technical Paraplanner, you will provide end to end paraplanning support across a range of complex financial planning cases. You will be drafted in to support Financial Planners where there are paraplanning capacity gaps, meaning this role suits someone confident picking up new cases quickly and adding immediate value.
You will focus on technical research, analysis and suitability report writing, supporting advisers with holistic financial planning and cashflow modelling. The role is delivery focused, working closely with experienced advisers who value strong paraplanning input and trust the quality of work provided.
There may be occasional travel to regional offices you are supporting, however this would be infrequent and fully expensed. This job offers long term stability, exposure to complex planning scenarios and the opportunity to work within a supportive, professional environment where quality is prioritised over speed.
Technical Paraplanner Requirements
- Essential: proven experience working as a Technical Paraplanner within financial planning
- Essential: strong technical knowledge with experience writing bespoke suitability reports for complex advice cases
- Essential: confident undertaking research and detailed financial calculations
- Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
- Desirable: experience using modern paraplanning and cashflow systems
