As an innovative software company with international projects and Fortune Global 500 customers, we are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/d) to support our partners and customers in their projects with complex migrations using conemis software, enable new conemis users, and help existing users with their daily challenges. Your goal is empowering people and organizations to handle today's speed and complexity in enterprise software, making innovation meaningful and accelerating progress in their business.

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you help our customers successfully migrate to new business applications using the conemis software. You are the first point of contact for our customers and develop solutions for them so that they can make full use of conemis transition cloud and appreciate the value the software delivers. You will be responsible for ensuring project success and providing technical advice to our customers. Rather than focusing on problems, you focus on finding solutions and driving outcomes. In addition, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes in close collaboration with our product team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain oversight of multiple customer migration projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operate the conemis software to ensure customer success and serve as a trusted expert.
  • Help customers solve functional and technical challenges in a creative, hands-on way.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Take ownership of customer projects and proactively drive successful outcomes.
  • Educate clients and partners by delivering demos and training sessions.
  • Onboard new clients and act as their advocate throughout the customer journey.
  • Foster long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work efficiently, execute quickly, and continuously improve processes and best practices.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and provide valuable feedback to our Product and Marketing Teams.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Several years of relevant experience in software consulting, project delivery, customer success, enablement, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role within an IT consulting or enterprise software company.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including a solid understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and enterprise CRM processes.
  • Revenue Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Experience with business applications and enterprise platforms; additional CRM knowledge beyond Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proven experience in complex, large-scale data migration projects with multi-system environments, high data volumes, and complex dependencies.
  • Technical understanding of software architectures, data structures, and technical concepts.
  • Confidence to challenge assumptions and dependencies constructively and escalate risks when required.
  • Strong experience in managing project risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in complex programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to facilitate customer workshops and confidently lead demanding customer meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
  • Passion for improving processes and creating scalable, efficient ways of working.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
