Your Role:

Lead and conduct safeguarding assessments for adults at risk, including cases of exploitation, abuse, or neglect.
Develop and implement long-term support plans to protect vulnerable adults and improve their outcomes.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and community services to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
Mentor and support junior social workers, promoting best practice and professional development within the team.
Use your analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills to manage complex cases and make confident recommendations.
Contribute to improving adult safeguarding policies, processes, and outcomes across the service.

What We Need:

You must hold a Social Work Qualification and be registered with SWE.
Significant experience in adult safeguarding, particularly with adults at risk, exploitation, or long-term complex cases.
Previous leadership or senior-level experience is highly desirable.
