As a Sales Negotiator based in West Bromwich, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a ledger of customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Writing quotes for customers and chasing them up on these quotes
  • Liaising with suppliers to get the best deal possible for our customers
  • Managing customer queries via phone, email and behind the trading counter

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Comfortable managing a ledger of customers
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
  • Merchant experience is desirable, but not essential
