We are currently looking for a Jira Consultant for a clieint in Oldbury, West
Midlands: JIRA Consultant capable of conducting an initial assessment of the current utilisation and recommending improvements with a focus on JIRA being the single source of truth.
Once the new processes are in place it will allow better senior reporting and the Consultant may be asked to support with widespread adoption of the new way of working.

Discovery: Reviewing existing Jira configurations, redundant projects, and complex legacy workflows.
Spotting bottlenecks in Agile/Scrum execution.
Audit & Inventory: Assessing current marketplace add-ons, third-party integrations (like Git Hub or ITSM tools), and license usage.
To-Be State - Solution
Architecture: Designing streamlined, standardized workflows, automated triggers, and clean project hierarchies.
Roadmap
Delivery: Delivering a prioritized implementation plan for migration (e. g., to Atlassian Cloud), security updates, or scaling.
Enablement & Governance: Establishing best-practice governance policies.
