Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-powered conversational analytics solutions using enterprise data models and business intelligence platforms.
- Develop trusted, fact-based insight experiences that minimise AI hallucinations and provide clear, explainable outputs.
- Partner with data, BI, and technology teams to optimise semantic models for AI readiness.
- Apply data science, machine learning, NLP, and advanced analytics techniques to enhance insight generation and anomaly detection.
- Contribute to the organisation's long-term Data & AI strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
- Coach and support analytics teams in developing AI-ready modelling and insight capabilities.
About You
- Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop strategy and influence senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data modelling, semantic layers, and business intelligence platforms (Power BI experience highly desirable).
- Experience working with LLMs, conversational AI, natural language analytics, or generative AI solutions.
- Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, statistical validation, and AI risk management.
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments where you can shape direction and define solutions.

- Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and semantic grounding techniques.
