Join our Regional Operations team and be the person who keeps everything connected.

Working across housing, repairs, asset management and development, you'll help keep plans on track, priorities clear and teams working together effectively.

Supporting senior leaders with trusted information, youll coordinate important actions and help turn plans into progress.

What youll do Bring together activity across housing, repairs, assets and development, keeping regional priorities moving forward.

Coordinate meetings, track actions and follow up commitments to turn discussions into progress.

Produce clear reports and performance insights, helping leaders make confident, informed decisions.

Monitor plans, risks and dependencies, identifying blockers early and keeping work on track.

Build strong relationships across teams and partners, helping deliver joined-up outcomes for customers.

You have Experience coordinating activity across multiple teams, priorities and workstreams.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, keeping plans and actions on track.

Confidence producing reports and using data to identify risks and trends.

Excellent communication skills, building positive relationships with colleagues and partners.

A proactive approach to solving problems and driving progress in a changing environment.

To get from A to B, you'll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

The role can be based at any of our Central region offices, including Welwyn, Thremhall and Northampton.
