About the Role
We are recruiting an Account Manager to join a growing team of 30 account managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career , including recent graduates , who has strong customer service skills and some office experience.
The role focuses on relationship management and supporting an existing portfolio of clients with no sales involved . Regular face-to-face client meetings are an important part of the role. A company car is provided.
Hybrid working is available after probation.

Manage and develop an existing client portfolio

Ideal Account Manager Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Is a natural rapport builder with a positive and enthusiastic approach
Has excellent customer service skills
Is numerate and confident using Word and Excel (GCSE Maths Grade B/Level 6)
Can resolve issues efficiently
Has strong presentation skills
Holds a full driving licence
This role is particularly suitable for:
Individuals at the early stage of their career
Graduates seeking their first client-facing role
Candidates with some office experience looking to progress
