Warehouse Supervisor Manufacturing Environment An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing business.

This role is ideal for a proactive and hands-on warehouse professional who can lead a team, maintain high standards of stock accuracy, and ensure the smooth flow of materials to support production and customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch activities.

Maintain accurate stock control through systems, ensuring traceability, stock accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Support production by managing material flow and kitting activities to ensure components are available when required.

Supervise a small team.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and warehouse best practices, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse processes, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Review and improve warehouse layouts, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Assist with shipping documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

About You Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, with strong stock control knowledge.

Effective leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and support team members.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
