We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who knows how to get the best out of people.

Someone who leads by example, isn't afraid to challenge poor performance, and takes real pride in running a safe, efficient and productive operation.

You'll be responsible for around 10 operatives , leading one of the warehouse functions including Inbound, Picking, QC/Prep or Loading , ensuring quality, productivity and service levels are achieved every single day.

What you'll be doing Leading, motivating and developing your warehouse team.

Planning daily workloads and allocating labour effectively.

Delivering shift briefings and setting clear expectations.

Coaching individuals to improve performance and achieve KPIs.

Managing quality standards across your department.

Investigating errors, damages and operational issues, identifying root causes and preventing repeat problems.

Monitoring productivity, accuracy and attendance.

Supporting new starters with training and development.

Working closely with the wider operation to keep everything running smoothly.

Promoting a positive, accountable and safety-first culture.

We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience leading a warehouse team.

Leads from the front and enjoys being out on the floor.

Can confidently challenge poor performance and recognise great performances.

Has experience in warehouse operations such as inbound, picking, dispatch or quality control.

Understands Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse KPIs.

Is organised, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Can solve problems quickly and implement practical improvements.

Wants to develop people, not just manage them.
