Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced Production Line Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Brackmills, Northampton. The Role
As a Production Line Operative, your duties will include:
- Working on a fast-paced production and packing line
- Packing, labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Loading, moving and handling materials (heavy lifting is involved)
- Assisting with the setup and operation of production machinery
- Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous production line or packing line experience within a manufacturing environment
- A good level of physical fitness and confidence with manual handling
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
