Your responsibilities as Finance Manager
Take ownership of financial reporting, ensuring senior leadership receives accurate and useful information to support decision-making.
Lead, support and develop two direct reports, maintaining high standards across the function.
Work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team to understand performance and provide meaningful financial insight.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and systems as the business continues to grow.
Manage relationships and requirements involving banks, auditors and other external stakeholders.
Maintain strong financial controls while supporting the demands of a fast-moving operational business.

Fully AAT qualified alongside ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification, or qualified by experience; strong finalists will also be considered.
Proven experience operating at a senior level within a busy finance function, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong Excel, systems and financial reporting skills, with the ability to turn financial information into clear insight.
Experience managing and developing staff and taking ownership of a finance function or significant area within it.
Confidence working with banks, auditors, external stakeholders and senior leaders, including presenting financial information clearly.
