Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are looking to recruit a Service Engineer to join their expanding field service team. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be responsible for calibration, servicing, fault finding, installation and commissioning of weighing equipment across customer sites throughout the UK.

This role would suit a Service Engineer from the weighing industry who enjoys working independently, building strong customer relationships and developing their technical expertise within a growing organisation.

The Role:

  • Carry out calibration, servicing and preventative maintenance of weighing equipment
  • Perform fault finding, repairs and breakdown support on customer sites
  • Install, commission and test new weighing systems
  • Ensure compliance with UKAS and ISO9001 standards
  • Provide excellent customer support and technical advice
  • Travel throughout the UK supporting a diverse customer base
  • Complete service documentation and reports accurately

The Person:

  • Background as a Service Engineer, Calibration Engineer or Field Service Engineer
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Happy to travel extensively throughout the UK
