Responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of integrated pan-European consumer marketing campaigns and cross-functional programme management initiatives, working across internal and external partners. The Senior Marketing Project Specialist is self-motivated, proactive and has a strong focus on day-to-day campaign execution. This role supports the Senior Marketing Project Manager on coordinating the project lead status meetings ensuring progress on deliverables and alignment on timings.
The role is critical to ensuring that Marketing & CR delivers the best work for all markets within the agreed timelines and against the business' profitable sales and market share objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and delivery of TK Maxx and Homesense pan-European campaigns, plus programme management initiatives, such as new market launches and other cross-functional projects.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress across all stages (briefing, creative, production, delivery and post campaign analysis).
- Proactively identify risks and issues, managing where possible and raising to the Senior Marketing Project Manager as appropriate.
- Coordinate timelines across COEs, Country Activation, Creative teams and agencies to maintain alignment and momentum, ensuring dependencies between teams are managed effectively.
- Work with Activation teams to ensure plans enable smooth and effective delivery across markets.
- Coordinate the everyday execution of campaigns, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and scope.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project progress, highlighting risks and providing updates.
- Lead regular working group / project status meetings, ensuring clear actions, ownership and deadlines are agreed and tracked.
- Support collaboration between Creative teams and agencies to ensure efficient workflows and delivery; partnering with Campaign Marketing & Country Activation to achieve this.
- Contribute to post-campaign reviews, capturing findings and supporting the implementation of improvements.
- Support continuous improvement in campaign processes and ways of working, finding opportunities to drive efficiency in day-to-day delivery.
- Experience working in project management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building, team collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience and understanding of working in marketing and communications, creative development, production and delivery process.
- Experience of working within a pan-European matrix business.
- International experience, preferably gained in a multi-channel, multi-language environment.
- Fluent in English - proven excellent writing and presenting skills.
- Well organised, able to prioritise and work with multiple projects at once.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2) are desirable.
- A love of retail.
