We're recruiting for a well-established Fire & Security specialist with over 40 years of industry experience and an excellent reputation across Hertfordshire, North London and the Home Counties.
Working with a range of blue-chip commercial clients, the company prides itself on quality workmanship, investing in its people and providing genuine long-term career opportunities.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Installation Engineer to join their expanding team.
The Role
As a Senior Installation Engineer, you'll take responsibility for delivering high-quality installations, commissioning and handovers across a range of commercial properties throughout Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, North London and surrounding areas.
You'll be working across:
Fire Alarm Systems
Intruder Alarm Systems
CCTV Systems
Access Control Systems
You'll also act as a senior point of contact on site, ensuring installations are completed to a high standard, supporting less experienced engineers where required and liaising with customers and other site teams.
You'll work with leading manufacturers including Kentec, Advanced, Texecom, Pyronix, Hikvision, PAC and Paxton.

About You
You'll be an experienced Fire & Security Installation Engineer with a strong commercial background and the confidence to take ownership of installations from start to finish.
Ideally, you'll have experience across Fire Alarms, Intruder, CCTV and Access Control, although strong installation experience across multiple disciplines will be considered.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, maintain excellent installation standards and provide technical support to other engineers when required.
You'll have strong communication skills, a professional approach and a full UK driving licence.
