The Role Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll take responsibility for the Quality Management System and become the focal point for all quality-related activities across the business.

You'll lead a small quality team comprising: Quality Engineer Goods In/Out Inspector Inspector Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and developing the AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management System Leading customer, internal and third-party audits Managing non-conformances, CAPA and root cause investigations (8D, 5 Why) Supporting FAIRs, inspection and metrology activities Managing supplier quality and customer quality issues Driving continuous improvement and implementing modern, data-driven quality processes Working closely with Production and Engineering to improve manufacturing performance Building a positive quality culture across the business About You We're far more interested in attitude and potential than job title.

You'll ideally have experience within: Aerospace Precision Engineering CNC Machining Defence High-specification manufacturing You'll also have experience of: AS9100 and/or ISO9001 FAIRs and inspection processes Root cause analysis Internal audits Engineering drawings and GD&T Continuous improvement Most importantly, you'll be someone who: Wants to take ownership Enjoys solving problems Builds relationships across the shop floor Embraces technology and innovation Wants to progress into a senior leadership role Why Join?
