  • Ability to build relationships, ask good questions, listen deeply, and influence without direct authority.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment, product team, IT delivery team, business analysis role, or related position.
  • Experience eliciting, documenting, and refining requirements with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience creating or supporting user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, process flows, requirements documentation, or similar delivery artifacts.
  • Experience participating in functional testing, UAT, defect management, or solution validation activities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed environment with business, engineering, vendor, and IT partners.
  • Ability to learn business processes quickly and translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery artifacts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and escalate risks or blockers appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear written documentation.
  • Willingness to support deployments, testing events, and hypercare activities, including occasional travel to distribution or fulfilment sites as business needs require.
