Are you a Maintenance Operative, from a Gardening, Landscaping, or similar background, looking to join a thriving company offering a long-term and stable position, with a good work-life balance and progression to supervisory positions?
In this role you will be travelling to both residential and commercial sites, helping with general gardening and landscaping tasks such as digging, turfing, pruning, and site clearance. The company provides fully funded training for extra qualifications and certificates.

The Role:- Managing and removing invasive plants such as bamboo or Japanese knotweed
- Assisting with gardening, landscaping, and site clearance work
- Receiving full training through shadowing a Supervisor, plus funded external courses
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
- Gardening / Landscaping experience, or similar
- Over 21 years of age and will a full UK driving license
