An established managed service provider based in Borehamwood/Elstree is looking for a Part Time Office Manager to keep the day to day running of the office on track.
Working hours can be worked around school hours 9.30am to 3pm, making this ideal for someone working around school hours.
You will take ownership of general office administration, accounts reconciliation, procurement, and supplier and stationery management, along with diary support, correspondence, and keeping office systems and records organised.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being the person who keeps a small, busy office running smoothly, rather than a narrow slice of a much larger operation.
Candidates should be organised, personable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Previous office management or senior administration experience is preferred.
This is an office based role.
