We're recruiting a Head Chef for a relaxed, all-day Modern British brasserie set within a stunning countryside estate in Hertfordshire. With a spacious terrace overlooking beautiful grounds, this is a well-loved, high-volume dining destination serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily to a broad mix of guests, from locals and golfers to families staying on-site.
Head Chef role
You'll take the lead on a menu built around great British classics done well think 35-day aged sirloin, whole grilled sea bream, hearty Sunday roasts and seasonal, produce-led dishes. This isn't about chasing accolades; it's about consistency, strong standards and a kitchen that runs smoothly day in, day out.
