The Role:
- You will work closely with teachers and pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children across the EYFS curriculum
- Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assisting with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and creative learning activities
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
- Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
The Ideal Teaching Assistant:
