We are supporting a major National Security programme and are looking for an experienced DV Cleared Clerk of Works to oversee the delivery of a secure facility fit-out project in West London.
Acting as the client's on-site representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring construction works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular inspections, close collaboration with contractors and stakeholders, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
WE NEED THE DV CLEARED CLERK OF WORKS TO HAVE...
Active UK DV (Developed Vetting) clearance (MOD) Previous experience working as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or Quality Inspector Experience overseeing secure construction, defence, government or critical infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction quality standards, building regulations and health & safety requirements Ability to identify defects, monitor contractor performance and produce detailed inspection reports Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills TO BE CONSIDERED...
