Our Home is contemporary and luxurious, offering the best in nursing, residential and dementia and care.
The ground floor is a hub of activity, with a hair and beauty salon helping residents to look and feel their best.
A café overlooks the landscaped gardens, and with cake, tea and coffee always available, its the perfect place to catch up with visitors.
On the second floor theres also a cinema room, complete with large armchairs.
We offer residents choices about how they want to be cared for and supported, and treat each person with dignity and respect.

The Role
Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection
