This position typically involves:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities across commercial and premium residential markets.
- Prospecting, qualifying and developing new sales leads.
- Attending customer meetings and carrying out site surveys to understand client requirements.
- Preparing accurate quotations and tailored proposals.
- Presenting CCTV, Access Control, Wi-Fi and Telecoms solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiating contracts and successfully closing sales opportunities.
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using the company CRM system while working closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Previous experience in Business Development, Field Sales or Account Management.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IP Networking, Wi-Fi or VoIP systems.
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience within the Fire & Security or Telecoms sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
Working Hours & Package:
- £32,000-£34,000 basic salary.
