We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist Administrator to work on behalf of our client, a professional HR Consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
This role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed term contract, with a strong possibility of extension or becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
- 37.5 hours per week
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Onsite
- Pay rate: up to £35,000pa, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR team with a variety of administrative duties
- Managing and responding to multiple HR inboxes
- Forwarding and escalating HR queries where appropriate
- Accurately inputting employee data onto HR system
- Updating and maintaining HR-related Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with general HR administration tasks as required

- Minimum 6 months previous HR experience
- Confident using Excel spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
