We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Claims Processor, Warranty Administrator, Warranty Advisor or Automotive Claims Processor to join a busy commercial vehicle business in Heathrow. Applicants must have previous automotive experience, with knowledge of manufacturer warranty and/or Repair & Maintenance claims highly desirable. HGV experience is preferred, although candidates from Car, LCV or Service Advisor backgrounds will also be considered. Applicants must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details:
- Location: Heathrow, TW14
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000+ depending on experience + bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Role
- Process manufacturer warranty, Repair & Maintenance and retail invoices and claims
- Submit and manage claims through manufacturer systems and software platforms
- Check claim accuracy and resubmit rejected claims where required
- Process daily invoices accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with Accounts teams to resolve invoicing queries
- Maintain accurate records and completed documentation
- Support claims processing across multiple company locations
Requirements
- Previous automotive industry experience is essential
- HGV or commercial vehicle experience is preferred, although Car and LCV backgrounds will be considered
- Experience processing manufacturer warranty or Repair & Maintenance claims is highly desirable
- Experienced Service Advisors looking to move into a specialist claims role will be considered
- Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately at pace across multiple software systems
- Good understanding of vehicle warranty, servicing and repair processes
- Right to work in the UK
