We are delighted to be partnering with a market leading financial organisation that specialise in supporting the insurance and credit hire industry.

As a Senior Recoveries Handler you will be responsible for managing a high volume and caseload of invoices and ensuring that recoveries are handled swiftly and effectively.

Working alongside your colleagues, you will contact insurers, credit hire businesses and end repair centres to facilitate the recovery of outstanding payments and monies.

Negotiating and closing down accounts to ensure excellent outcomes for clients.

Tenacity, resilience and problem solving ability is key to this role.

You must have the ability to read every situation and decide on the best course of action to get the payment in.

Ensuring that every query is followed through to resolution and that each customer is managed in a proactive manner.

You must be able to deal with complex and complicated claims and financials and ascertain clear and concise ways forward to recover the debt.

You will have experience of working within a similar role for a period of time and have a good understanding of the recoveries and collections of funds, ideally within an insurance or credit hire environment.
