In this varied leadership role, you'll oversee the entire production process from raw materials through to finished goods, ensuring products are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards and within budget. You'll lead production planning, manage quality systems, improve efficiencies, develop staff, oversee maintenance and ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to.

The Role

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operation
