About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Digital Freight Account Manager to join our growing team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward thinking logistics provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the end to end freight forwarding/transport process using their digital platform
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and hauliers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods
- Input and maintain accurate shipment data and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries and providing proactive shipment updates
- Monitor shipments and resolve any issues or delays
- Collaborate with the wider logistics team to improve processes and service delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport coordination (preferred but not essential)
- Strong computer literacy and confident use of digital tools
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Clear, professional communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
