About the Role

In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will balance proactive business development with inspiring events leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding our client base, and ensuring every enquiry is converted into an exceptional event. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to secure new corporate accounts, training events, conferences, and private functions.
  • Convert Enquiries & Upsell: Lead venue tours, craft bespoke client proposals, negotiate commercial packages, and actively upsell services to maximize revenue.
  • Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor a small, dedicated office team, fostering accountability, commercial focus, and a positive sales culture.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Turn one-off bookings into loyal, repeat customers through proactive account management and networking across key business sectors.
  • Oversee Event Coordination: Ensure seamless transition from booking to delivery by overseeing accurate function sheets and collaborating closely with operational and marketing teams.
  • Pipeline & Commercial Performance: Track sales KPIs, monitor booking trends, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
