We're looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a specialist children's home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs, Autism, ADHD and complex life experiences.
No two days are the same. One day you could be helping a young person build confidence and independence, and the next supporting them through a difficult situation. The role can be demanding, but the rewards of seeing young people grow, succeed and reach their potential make it worthwhile.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a safe, stable and nurturing home environment
- Building positive relationships based on trust, consistency and respect
- Supporting young people with their daily routines, education and personal development

What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals
- A confident and resilient approach
- The ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships
- Experience within residential care, youth work, education, mental health, support work, criminal justice or similar settings would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work long shifts and sleep-ins
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to thrive
- Full UK Driving Licence
