Shifts: 2x 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
Job Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Admin professional to join our team for a temporary 5-month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders through CAIASOFT, the CSF's inventory system, to retrieve books from the warehouse.
- Coordinate with warehouse operators to verify and locate books.
- Manage the scanning process, including setting up the scanner, creating orders, and ensuring all pages are scanned accurately.
- Save and organise scanned files and send them to the relevant department or person.
Requirements:
- Admin Experience: Must have prior experience in an administrative role.
- Warehouse Experience: Familiarity with warehouse operations is essential.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using software and handling digital files.
- Handheld Scanner Experience: Comfortable using handheld scanners for inventory management.
- English Proficiency: Good level of English for effective communication.
